Kristy Roman has served clients in Martin, Palm Beach, and St. Lucie counties since 2006 and has worked in various roles throughout the industry. Her journey towards a career in real estate, an eclectic educational and professional one, has served as a sturdy groundwork for managing transactions for Buyers and Sellers in both highly competitive and versatile markets. 

Kristy graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s in Political Science and worked in the field after graduation, running a state-wide election campaign and then during legislative sessions as a policy analyst for the Senate Majority Leader. While Kristy remains passionate about politics, she soon realizes that it is not her true professional calling. Kristy went on to obtain a Master’s Degree from FAU and during her time in graduate school, went to work as an executive assistant for a Real Estate top producer. A year later, she became licensed in real estate to better serve her employer and begin to grow her own real estate business. 

Kristy and her husband Ryan live in Palm City with their three children. During the early years of parenthood, Kristy peeled away from the intensity of a larger brokerage and opened her own, family-run real estate company. Six years later, Kristy’s decision to professionally level up once more, brought her to Premier Realty Group.

In her free time, Kristy enjoys playing pickleball and spending time with her family. Her commitment to the highest level of industry standards and customer service has developed into a robust base of loyal and repeat clients.
